Try wrapping her up in a couple of strands of barbed wire and leave her in the woods of a few days, just to let her see what it's like to mess with the wrong people.

I can't get home for at least 2-weeks, I just called my wife after reading all these replies. I told her to call our home owners insurance company first thing in the morning to let them know what happened. But I also said I would give it about 2-weeks and then call the prosecutors office with the case number and see what they are going to do about it. She broke the law, the law is there to protect me! If the prosecutors won't do anything, maybe my insurance company can persuade them.

I just do not think that is good enough. You started with perfectly good, NEW, T-posts. After she bent them over and bent them back, they will look like a petrified snake.

Call the Law-The woman is Trespassing and doing more damage.I hope your wife is getting pictures.And get a criminal trespass warning issued on her.

I think that based on your descriptions of her actions, before you call the sheriff on her, perhaps discuss with him her possible mental health issues. Who is gonna whip out $1,600 for a second survey just because they can?
