The sign there for "dogs" and "H2O" to keep out, did she write that?
Do you have dogs that go over there? Water run off?

You got you a bonna fide bat shat crazy looney bird looks like.
How old is she? Probably a bi polar, they get crazier the older they get. Especially if nobody around to make stay on their meds.

My wife is talking to the shift sergeant as I type this. I told her to tell him / her to send a sheriff out to the house. The wife has a copy of the judge's order, copies of the survey / blueprint / map. There is no reason for this woman to continually trespass on my property:mad:! She is even nailing no trespassing signs 30-feet into my property! These pictures were taking yesterday afternoon.

Dang, I take back what I said about mediation and would just let the law handle it. The signs are "pointed" in the right direction, so hope would have it that the police would confront the individual and remedy the situation. Perhaps the person will act accordingly and the police can arrest them on the spot, further submitting them for a mental evaluation.

I say it is time for a restraining order. In some states you can get a Residential Property Restraining Order. At least this is another legal way to deal with it and possibly have her fined or arrested for braking the restraining order.
I agree. A restraining order ordering her not to enter your property (as defined by the lawsuit which she lost) should be doable with this latest mess.

Of course I'm only speculating, but if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck...

You can't reason with crazy. Won't go into details but I have deal with crazy since the day I was born. Hard to write off the one who birthed you but if you aren't crazy it's pretty frustrating trying to have a civil, normal relationship with one who is.
One thing to keep in mind, people can be pretty **** mean, any of us. And the mental illness part isn't what makes many of them mean, the mental illness is the "filter" that gets shut off or is not there to begin with.

Good luck! If she is a nut job don't let that make you hold back. The law or her family needs to tighten up her leash. To be looney enough to not know right from wrong is what institutions are for, this lady knows what she's doing.

Water run off?
We had a seasonal creek that runs through the middle of both our properties. Few years ago I rented an excavator, had a buddy of mine dig 1,100-feet of ditch, the wife and I placed 8-inch pipe to divert the water from her west end which flooded every year, to her east end to a year around creek. She screamed bloody murder about this. When the judge came out and walked both pieces of property, he told her I did her a big favor!

That is a very funny statement but truthful and thus scary.

To the OP, I would certainly strongly consider that the woman is mentally ill and truly off her medication, if she has any. I would still have the law look at this and pursue things but just be aware. The lawsuit, tearing down a fence and putting posted signs on your land are most certainly a "sign."

I mentioned it before but it bares repeating. A family member is having to deal with TWO different neighbors who are mental. Both of the neighbors are paranoid as all get out and blame my family member for stuff he had nothing to do with. Both the mental neighbors have "ganged" up on the family member to accuse him of things that he did not do or did not happen. They are both "bonna fide bat shat crazy looney birds" However, neither neighbor has done what this woman has done to you.

Good Luck,
Dan

don't do anything illegal yourself, document everything, pictures and videos are helpful. If confronting the neighbor, don't do it alone, have witnesses.
