I just read the whole 36 pages. Wow what a read. I'm curious now so I'm just signing in. I have similar issues but with a brother so it will be interesting to see how this gets resolved. I'm very fortunate that my brothers property doesn't border mine. Otherwise I would have moved already. Lots of good info in this thread.
