Tack welded hood didn't hold up to the vibration it got.
I have the roller all the way and ski up to top -1, Next time I hook it up I will try it and put to your setting if too high.
Thanks for the advice. How is your Flail holding up?
Those belts do not look like they will take much abuse. You going with Kevlars?
Fire pit!So, I have a guard over my fan/oil filter. Self made and it's worked well in the woods/brush so far.
But somehow branches are just attracted to the fan like bears to honey.
This time no damage, but pulling the stick out was scary after hearing the blades hit the end of it.
This was a long branch with a thin end, so just fit in....
Flail is working well though, went and dug out more rocks I found embedded in the ground.
Could be a new rock garden coming up with so many smaller 2-5lb rocks found!
Have to use them for something![]()
Ooooh... is that a barn... or an airplane hangar??
Nice job -- I can see where your belts would have had quite a workout!

The plumbing and backhoe was factory. I did a different project where I added rear remotes to run a T'n'T kit I'm making and in the process redid the factory plumbing so that I could move the connections to that bracket I made. I damaged the factory hoses the first year I had the tractor when the line got pinched in the 3pt and it bothered me ever since how poorly thrown in it looks and how dangerous it is given that I run a lot of PTO implements besides. Was backhoe hydraulic plumbing factory or something you added?
