The bore size won't matter as far as putting the spacers on the tractor, because the BX setup is lugcentric, and has no center hub that the spacer has to fit over. So the only question comes down to the diameter of the hole in the wheel, which does not matter if the hole larger than the hub...

You might consider going to a regular hydraulic shop and let them do the job. A couple years ago I had both curl cylinders on my LA 402 loader rebuild and cost me $100 each out the door. They sourced all the parts they needed themselves and the cylinders have performed flawlessly.

I do not think having/not having wheel weights/tire ballast makes any difference when going forward up a slope, since the pivot point is the rear axle/tire contact patch. Backing up with or without wheel weights or loaded tires is still ALWAYS better in the scenario you described.

I bought one that has a very long lead which I find cumbersome for things close by. Now think that something with a shorter lead would be more convenient to use in many cases. They are cheap enough today that buying two different types would not be cost prohibitive. Buy one and see what you think.

If you use 4WD, keep in mind that you need to keep the rear/front tire diameter ratio the same as OEM, or close to it. Otherwise, you will be stressing the axle and running gear components more than normal. 2WD all the time no issue. But who uses 2WD all the time? Almost nobody is my guess...

I believe on the Kubota BX models the bleeding procedure is simply turning on the key and letting the electric fuel pump bleed air from the system. Worked for me a couple times when I ran my BX out of fuel...that’s about once every nine years on average...:)

I have been running foam filled tires (on the front) happily for 19 years and 1800+ hours on my B2910 Kubota. Fair amount of loader work during that time. And 18 years on the front of my smaller BX2200. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

It took about 1600 hours on my BX2200 before that roll pin broke and the U joint fell off the transmission shaft. The roll pin is all that holds the back u joint in position. The other side of the U joint is not pinned, which allows the drive shaft to slip in and out as needed during use...
