One thing to keep in mind, is that should anything come out of this matter, anything posted here, could be used against you.

In many cities, the cops won't touch property line issues, saying it is a "civil matter" which means less work for them. I am glad that your deputies feel otherwise. It makes things much easier.

Well now that she nailed the trees, you cannot take them to a saw mill, so I would charge her for the cost of the tree, along with the cost of the fence.

My wife is talking to the shift sergeant as I type this. I told her to tell him / her to send a sheriff out to the house. The wife has a copy of the judge's order, copies of the survey / blueprint / map. There is no reason for this woman to continually trespass on my property! She is even nailing no trespassing signs 30-feet into my property! These pictures were taking yesterday afternoon.

The neighbor lady doesn't work as fast at rebuilding my fence as she did in tearing it down. This is all she got done today. Should I accept this as good enough? :laughing:
