In this case it just might! She has had me in court 5 or 6 times for different things. 3-times she has been thrown out of court for lying! What ever happened to perjury?:confused3:

Timestamps wont necessarily hold up. You can make a timestamp say anything you want and they can also be added after the fact.

Time-stamps can be verified, as in my medical practice we use an EMR (electronic medical record) and not only does it add a verified time-stamp, it also adds my electronic signature, both of which are admissible kn court.

Any addition or modification of the image after it is taken and saved can be detected, IF the court decides to have an expert examine it.

As expected, it sounds like Mr. and Ms. Shield Arc have things well in hand and are documenting the ongoing incursions, without over-reacting or alienating their local policia.

I know what you mean by being a dog magnet, people frequently comment about the mutual affinity canines and I have for each other. Even some dogs that are usually shy/fearful or aggressive seem to take to me. My wife says that its true of my interactions with all species, including birds, cats, etc. I think it's partly true and related to having a calm, confident, gently assertive attitude without fear or anxiety.

Re: adverse possession, given that she didn't believe the surveyors, she may be just off the reservation enough to disbelieve the court order, bonkers enough to think she can ignore it, or missing enough candles from the cake to not understand it. See my previous post.

Just waiting on the legal system. Wife is going to call the prosecutor's office today. The neighbor has not finished the fence yet! Wife believes the sheriff has convinced her to stay off our property!

Is there some reason as to why you can't recoup your legal fees and time spent defending yourself and property from lawsuits and damage brought for no reason ?

The first go around when she tried to steal my property was a civil matter. We live in a no fault state! So after spending $30,000.00 plus in legal fees all I'm entitled to is $400.00 from her. It is 12 % interest until she pays me.

Now this, is all criminal! Different set of laws. So I'm very interested in how it will turn out. That POS fence she put up, isn't going to cut it! I paid to have that barbwire fence installed, it was 1-foot on my property, that is what is going to be put back. Or I'll be talking to a lawyer about suing her!
Right now I'm working on being patience, and let the law do it's job.

I think you are doing the right thing. If you had livestock on that property, you'd need a very good fence and you'd need it now. I think the lady needs an attitude adjustment. Currently, she's already done enough to get locked up, though I think that's not likely unless she makes overt threats to you physically or attacks you. The truth is that jails are too full of killers, molesters, and drug dealers for them to worry about locking up an old lady who has torn down a fence and trespassed. Even with a fine and a judgement, you may never collect. That's just the way it is. I think she'll always be a pest.
