Shut the fuel valve off, remove the fuel hose on the shut off side, and gently use channel locks over a folded rag, so the teeth don,t mark it. Finger tight should be tight enough when putting it back together.

An old carbide skill saw blade will work. It,s probably only 1-2 inches thick.
