    The town supplies sand/salt mix. I fill up plastic buckets at the DPW when needed. Built a shelf on my back blade to hold 2 buckets so I can stop and sand the area that need it.

    I mounted a 4-way joystick on the FEL control arm. up-down controls the chute deflector. left-right controls the chute rotation. Hand is at the same place to raise and lower the blower.

    I have sloped driveway and BX w/ front blower. Don't need chains most of the time. But when when mother nature decides to drop the temperature and rain turns to snow with an ice base do need chains to get back up the hill.

    Took off loader installed snow blower. Little beast spending winter outside because the wet year turned the shed and yard in to a mud pit. Linear actuator for chute failed. repaired it last year. replaced it this year. Added an inline connector so easier to replace in future.

    My leaf bucket is built of plywood and sits on the pallet forks. For chips could put a metal cutting edge the base. For moving chips I would use the standard bucket to load it then swap to forks to move it.

    Received a pallet of parts for a project. Wouldn't lift it directly from back of truck. Was able to curl then back away from truck. Pallet was close to 400 pounds. Much nicer than breaking the pallet and carry the parts up the driveway.

    I checked Messick's site parts diagrams The LA203A is on the BX1870 The LA243A is on the BX2370 & BX2670 The LA240A is on the BX25D All three of these loader us the same bucket. I have putting the Ken's Bolt on hooks to good use on my BX2370.
