The neighbor lady doesn't work as fast at rebuilding my fence as she did in tearing it down. This is all she got done today. Should I accept this as good enough? :laughing:

So how far into your property did she move the t-post after she "straightened it"?

The T-post are still in the original position, she just bent them back up. According to the wife, about 15 T-posts are missing. I was just reading an e-mail from the responding deputy to my wife. The deputy is adding trespassing to her report because the neighbor moved her no trespassing signs about 50-feet onto my property. Woman just won't leave it alone!

Yes she lives alone. When we first bought the 5-acres she had a live in boy friend but he couldn't take it anymore, he is long gone. I think she is about 66-years old. She has I'm guessing a 1960s 8 maybe 10x40 trailer with a 1-room log cabin attached to it with a metal roof. She has been thrown out of court twice for falsely accusing me of beating her up! Tried her best to steal 1 1/3-acres from me through the court system. About a month before we went to court her lawyer quit, he told the judge the reason he wanted out, was because she had every intention of lying on the stand, which she did. We did not beat her in court, we and our witnesses never testified! She lost her whole case with her own testimony!:shocked:

Well, obviously she talked to someone and they told her she was crazy for tearing down your fence! I wouldn't let her off the hook if it isn't right though.

Looks like you will have a pig farm next door in your future ! Or she's getting ready for her new guard dogs ? The house we're selling in a nice subdivision has a cyclone fence we are replacing with a cypress stockade fence ,I went to each affected neighbor and had them sign an agreement about the fence change before I drilled one whole for a post . maybe her Dr's advised her she needed to be fenced in for her own good !:confused2:
