I agree with loggin that we need more info. Is there an issue with steering, a leak or what? As loggin did I looked at the parts breakdown from RK and it doesn't provide much info. I too would think that if it's a leak issue a hydraulic shop should be able to rebuild it.

I use a double spear attachment on my FEL without any issue. The round bales I get run about 900 lbs on average. Even with loaded rear tires it does feel a little light on the rear end without an implement attached to the 3 pt.

My RK37 is built by TYM and there's a lever to the right on the seat behind the 3pt lift lever that controls the remote valves. I would check to see if the backhoe is even connected and then look at your manual for an explanation on the lever to control the remote.

Zilla24, if 3gunr is correct in that it's an analog gauge (one with a pointer) then it's possible that the gauge itself is defective and the pointer can't go all the way to full. If you find that the voltage varies when moving the float then I'd tend to suspect the gauge.

Saxon11, my RK is made by TYM so I imagine they have a similar design. On mine the two levers (3 & 4) are threaded and hold the grill guard in place. Just loosen both levers and you should be able to swing the guard forward to allow clearance for the hood.

I have the RK which is made by TYM and the pin on my FEL that is referred to here isn't a lynch pin. The onl;y lynch pins I have are on the 3 point assembly. I would look over that area to see if you're missing one. Could ne on the top link or a stabilizer bar.

Can you get a 90 degree elbow that's male threads on both ends that would screw directly into the cylinder and then attach the hose to it? It looks like eliminating the adapter/coupling would provide the clearance.

Rick, I have no issue engaging the 4x4 but disengaging is a little harder. The rep at RK told me to stop moving and then try slowly backing up while pushing down on the lever. I don't move but an inch or so before the 4x4 disengages.......

This seems silly to me. You close the switch to energize the coil and closes the contact which then supplies voltage to the load. Why not just have the switch in place the the relay contact? Hmmmmm, I'm sure there must be a reason but it escapes me at this time.

I don't think it's a relay since there's only two wires. Maybe part of a broken windshield washer motor?
