My bad, not a good picture. I was driving across the lot past the lumber entrance and had to take this for laughs. A full pallet and the forklift was struggling a bit. There were three other trucks waiting to load and all were looking, watching.

The forklift hasn't let the full weight on the truck yet!

There is a spring that broke on my eMax25 (same basic chassis). It returns the pedals to neutral. IPB item #25. Check if it's still there. BTW: It's a real PITA to put on.

I don't have the big models only the eMax25 and then stepped up a bit to a Max26. Super happy with both. Mahindra won over JD and Kubota in my research in getting a hobby tractor. I'm sure each mfg has skeletons.

Sure. Issue is the mount rod through the transmission mounts is stuck. Can't remove the pins and slide it. My plan is to work on this. Might need to remove one wheel. Unfortunately life, work, weather isn't cooperating. Since it now lives on a trailer I just can't work when I want.

Why do you think adjustment is needed? I ask as I had an eMax and always thought the brakes were weak. They worked but if I forgot to release the lock the HST would easily overpower them. I now have a Max26. When those brakes are locked the HST will not move it. BIG difference between the two.

No, but there is a gap. I was going to measure and cut 3/4" ID tubing to fill. Washers could be just as good. Looks to be 1/2" on each side. I don't see that as an issue as any force would be mostly along the length of the square tube.

Welp, I just ordered a thumb from BXpanded. Had to call as it's not on the website. Was told it's fashioned (bent) like the JD 260b. Only difference for the Mahindra 26B is the telescoping bracket hole is in a different position. Had them in stock, Mahindra red too. Ship by end of the week.

No, never taking the FEL or BH off. Those are my main tools. I don't even have a scrape blade anymore.

Correct. When I had the eMax25 I made a box that held 300lbs of lead blocks. That with filled tires was great. The new to me Max26 has a backhoe. There's my ballast. The previous owner filled the tires but I'm considering draining them.

Alternators usually put out 13.5v-14.8v. If after starting the meter at the battery isn't at least 13.5v I would troubleshoot the charging circuit. It could be the alternator or voltage regulator. Keep in mind that some alternators have separate regulators, some don't.

Dealerships go both ways. I've experienced the attitude from a lot of brands. Luckily there are 3 local (within 50mi) Mahindra dealers. The one I bought from only deals in Mahindra and Stihl, along with 1 or 2 local ZT mowers manufacturers. They have supported the time my eMax25s needed...

Great question. I'm also looking at adding a thumb to a 26B. The Mahindra thumb seems like big $$$, if you can find one. BXpanded has one that supposedly fits Mahindra's two small backhoes.

Your are correct on the eMax 25 upgrades. Mine was a '15 also. Very big difference between the eMax 25 and the Max 26xl. Not just the capacity but the physical size.

Same number of fittings. The pedal shafts (2, left and right) have two fittings each. The front axle uses two massive bearings, not the typical pin/sleeve. This might be why there isn't grease fittings? I reached all around, none found.

Moved up to a Max 26xl... Problem solved.
