Can anyone tell me the reason for the fast idle speed on my JD323D CTL? It seems excessively fast in my opinion at 1200rpm. Can it be reduced?

On my backhoe when I turn on the driving lights all the front lights come on instead of the the 2 inside lights. Same when I turn on the work lights, all the front lights come on instead of the 2 outside lights. Anyone have any ideas as to what and where I should look for the problem.

I am thinking of buying a used 850D gator with 500hrs. I have never owned anything like this and would like some input from those who have one. Are they underpowered Are they usefull Are they a good buy or a glorified toy? Any comments are welcome. Also what should I look for in a used one.

Just compared spec between the 2 and am curious as to how they get 2 more pto hp from one more engine hp? Near as I can tell the tractors are near identicle. One pound difference in weight, same engine, same rated rpm etc. Anybody know:confused::D

I am just inquiring about the GL**40 series with all of it's electronic gadgetry if any of it has been problematic. There seems to be quite a bit of it compared to the GL**30 which have only the dash. The 40's have been out for enough years for common problems to show up.:)

Any of you GL owners annoyed at the exhaust on these tractors. They spit the exhaust at the front of the tire and then it gets all over the loader and front of the tractor and if the wind is right all over the driver:mad: Has anyone done any mods on there exhausts?:confused::D

I have been just a little disappointed with the lift on the LA723 loader so I got around to checking the pressure and it was about 1600#. Quite a bit low. Has anyone else found this on there tractors:confused: A couple hundred pounds maybe but 1000# low:confused2::confused:

Can anyone tell me with any informed authority what the micron rating of Kubota's fuel filters are for there B tractors? They seem pathetically small and inadequate for the job. Maybe they have a low micron rating but if they do then they would not last very long.
